Dysfunctional organization with poor communication and transparency - Vice President Corpay Employee Review

Pros

The pro is having a job. The work-life balance is great!

Cons

The organization is dysfunctional at best. There is not order to how the organization is run. Customer find out about products and services before employees, so it is hard to provide customer service. Teams don't understand budgets, quotas, or compensation plans well past Q2 of the year. There is a lack of transparency provided to leadership on the direction of the organization, the phrase that they love to say is "flying the plane as you build it". Additionally, though the base salary range is listed on the job posting, you do not receive that pay, the compensation comes in under. there is also a great deal of favoritism within the organization based upon the line of business you work in.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
