      Great environment! Great people to be around. You will definitely enjoy your experience at Corning. You will learn a lot in very little time.

      Cons

      Everyone is constantly busy. I wouldn't really look at this as a con because in every company everyone will pretty much be busy all of the time.

      not busy, easy job. no need to work overtime.

      Cons

      They prefer to promote their people. some kind of peoples may not have a fair opportunity. A wrong color can destroy everything.
