Pros
It’s a publicly traded company that has some good solutions, but they lack any leadership. They are not offering anything new, but are trying their best to reinvent the commodity that is optical fibre with new features and characteristics.
Cons
Old school, no sense of direction, everyone works from home, lots of drinking and more drinking involved with customers. They entertain lots. They are seriously struggling in the Cloud world of today and are seeing a direct impact on order size. They will need to work harder to continue their momentum. They don’t understand the Cloud or IoT.
