Disappointing direction for a promising facility - Anonymous employee Corning Employee Review

The management does not listen to it's employees or completely grasp processes. Overtime on a exhausted workforce who gets treatly poorly. Set goals and expectation not inline wth actual capabilities. Safety is grossly overstated and is having a opposite effect. Alienates it's workers and rewards ineptitude. What is with all the meetings?!
