Pros
The people who work here are exceptional and collaborative. The focus is always on how can we improve: yourself, your team, the company or the experience for our clients. There is a constant positive air and enthusiasm in the offices. I've worked in HR Software companies for over 15 years, and this is the first one where the management actually practices what they preach. It's a journey and mistakes are made, but there is no rush to blame, rather look at how to resolve issues. Massive investment into cultures, values and engagement, and training for management to support this.
Cons
With Four offices, there are occasions when it is difficult to ensure that information is consistently passed on to others. The rush to improve sometimes means that there are not enough resources to achieve what is being aimed for.
