They asked for all the relevant documentation. Then 4 days before the start of the job new there were requirements. The job was supposed to start Monday and on Saturday instead of receiving the location and customer contacts they told me they needed some more information. The job required me to have my own tools witch I purchased for the specific job. The company rep didn't answer in any form of communication until Monday afternoon and dragged the communication for a week and then told me that the information supplied was not good enough for their customer so I don't get the job. I had a previous job and I took a week vacation days to start this one. Lost 5 days vacation - but was lucky - could have given notice and ended up unemployed. I suspect the new requirements appeared in place because of my origin. Born outside UK but lived here for 12 years, with Dutch passport - settled status and black skin.
