Interview
Not long, scheduled for 20 minutes. Mainly about management capabilities, previous roles of leadership and interpersonal skills. Interview was warm and interview was conversational. Reference made to any qualifications either secondary or tertiary.

Do you see yourself being capable of taking on the tasks needed to manage a store and assist customers?
No Aptitude test. Basic questions asked by the interviewer as was interviewing for the intern position of data analyst. Easy interview questions asked and the entire interview process was smooth
