Pros

Great team of people. Management not afraid to get rid of weeds. Good atmosphere. Room for career development. Newer management pushing things in the right direction.

Cons

Owner sometimes hard to get hold of. Some longer serving employees resistant to change. history of rewarding length of service over ability/performance (although this appears to be changing). Work/life balance can be challenging.

Thank you for your feedback. I know this is an old review, but we have been making a great effort to reward performance over length of service and feel that we have improved this. Hopefully you are still with us and have seen the steps we have taken in this regard!

Control Solutions started as a small family run business. We have since grown into the largest independent controls company in BC.

Cons

As a result of the success of our team, we are busy, evolving and changing. Sometimes people can't keep up. We strive for a good work/life balance.
