Interview
Engineering manager and one senior project manager do the interview, nice and friendly to know each other. What is my background and capability ? Salary and benefit ? What is the requirement from the employer?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Control Solutions (Canada) (Coquitlam, BC) in Jan 2014
Interview
As I was a foreign worker, my interview was carried out on Skype. One of the owners and the department manager carried out the interview. It was a pretty informal affair, and we talked more about my personal life and the kind of things I was interested in - there was an occasional question about my resume, but to be honest they were more interested in how I would fit in with the CSL "Family" than my qualifications, although my resume, experience and qualifications were better than the job was asking for and they had already checked out my references.
