      Pros

      Amazing job - you get to meet lots of cool people, get paid to travel, see incredible places

      Cons

      You don't get a guaranteed number of days on trip, you're not paid for days you're not working, and you're given very short notice for when you will run trips so it's very unstable. You're also not paid for training (10 weeks) and aren't treated well at all during this process. You also have to work very long hours on the road (sometimes 36 hours with no sleep).

      Pros

      Can be very very fun. Get to travel all over USA, Meet people from all over the world. I list a lot of cons, but the fun and coolness of the job is a big win.

      Cons

      -Pay is soooo low -Rely on tips from people who don't know how to tip -training is unethical, unpaid and not helpful. -Don't train you on internal systems and taking payments -So much miscommunication internally. Nothing is ever clear or streamlined. -People always talking poorly about each other. Very very toxic leadership. -Lifestyle is not sustainable. -you have to do A LOT of work unpaid. -soooo much stress. - you need to be super organized... I was not haha
