Great people in mid level positions. Good place to get some experience.

Lack of accountability amongst technical staff, technical employees have limited executive representation as the executive staff can appear disinterested in the success and professional growth of the technical team. This leads to general dissatisfaction with issue resolution. KPI’s have low refinement. Organizational goals are rarely shared with employees and almost never followed up on. Individual performance assessments are once a year and are widely a ‘check the box’ function.
