      Pros

      Conspicuous have a fantastic commission structure that allows you to feel you are getting rewarded for the work you put in. Since I have been here I have been given the opportunity to become a head of a division, the chance to move out to New York and the chance to help build a team.

      Cons

      As we are growing so fast their are constant changes to your daily work environment eg: New Offices, Potential Change Of Location and New People Joining the Company.

      Pros

      The commission structure is excellent and means you can make significant money off each deal The company operates in a flat structure and therefore everyone is treated as equal The company also offers flexibility to work from home when required and you are given a great amount of autonomy so you can run your own desk

      None so far, the company is growing and I am very happy here.
