      Great Opportunities!

      Pros

      Conspicuous have a fantastic commission structure that allows you to feel you are getting rewarded for the work you put in. Since I have been here I have been given the opportunity to become a head of a division, the chance to move out to New York and the chance to help build a team.

      Cons

      As we are growing so fast their are constant changes to your daily work environment eg: New Offices, Potential Change Of Location and New People Joining the Company.

      A company about to go under

      Pros

      Do have a flexible working environment for people that are trusted. Trust is the big thing here as he can't even trust himself.

      Cons

      Lets be honest. The company has been failing for the past couple of years. Run by an absolute nobody, who has no idea of how to run a business. The company is about to go under and has been making a number of redundancies because they can't afford to pay salaries. I give the business max 6 more months.

      Fortunately in all our years trading we have not have to made redundancies. We have had, unfortunately, lost people due to lack of performance. In the last 6 months we have significantly tightened our internal recruitment process, our communication around minimum expectations and what is 'great'. You will be pleased to know Conspicuous has had one of our best last 6 months and likewise I hope you have also secured a great position either within or outside of recruitment. I wish you the very best with your chosen career.

      Pros

      Having worked at other recruitment agencies, I can honestly say this is the best job I've ever had. It's the first job where I feel like I'm treated like an adult - not rigidly sticking to arbitrary work schedules for the sake of it; no endless stream of KPI's. The commission structure is really good and encourages employees to work hard. I think by virtue of Conspicuous being a smaller recruitment company than some, they value staff more as they can't afford to have such a high turnover as some other companies do. I only have to look at the Glassdoor reviews of other IT/Dynamics focused recruitment companies to know I've got a a good deal here!

      Cons

      As the company is smaller than others, it won't suit someone that likes the hustle and bustle of a big office.

      Many thanks for your feedback. Over the last 6 months we have significantly tightened the hiring process, including interviews with the team that any potential employee will be joining.
