      Pros

      Conspicuous is an excellent place to work with a really supportive team in place. Through strong communication with candidates and clients alike Conspicuous have built very strong working relationships which is rare in the recruitment industry.

      Cons

      The Guildford office is slightly out of the town centre!

      Pros

      Conspicuous have a fantastic commission structure that allows you to feel you are getting rewarded for the work you put in. Since I have been here I have been given the opportunity to become a head of a division, the chance to move out to New York and the chance to help build a team.

      Cons

      As we are growing so fast their are constant changes to your daily work environment eg: New Offices, Potential Change Of Location and New People Joining the Company.
