I've been with Consor 5 years and have been given awesome opportunities for advancement and specialization in my career as I expressed the desire. The growth the company has seen has opened up great opportunities to work on a variety of project types and move into roles more specific to my interests. My compensation and benefits have continued to grow, and my team and boss are amazing to work with.
Cons
Growth and change that happens quickly can be difficult to manage- i've seen a handful of people I enjoyed working with leave for something different.
