Love this job. Have the pleasure of experiencing growth not only as a designer, but as a person in a safe space. The leadership team honestly have a passion for what they do, and the drive to chase it, but at the same time balance humility and a team-based approach.

Pros

Flexible hours that allow you to balance work and life. Everyone is always willing to help out. Wonderful company events. Great environment to work in. No micromanaging. Full Transparency between management and business units.

Cons

The only con is that it is a lot to take in if you are unfamiliar with the industry. There is a lot of information to take in however everyone is patient and willing to help answer any questions you have.

Lots of opportunity to grow your career in ways that you want as long as you can articulate the value and you're okay doing it for your career over more compensation. The people are overall great. Customers are great.

Cons

Very unstructured, leadership changes often, and always understaffed.
