      Lots of opportunity to grow your career in ways that you want as long as you can articulate the value and you're okay doing it for your career over more compensation. The people are overall great. Customers are great.

      Cons

      Very unstructured, leadership changes often, and always understaffed.

      Great, Growing Place to Work!

      Pros

      It's very fast-paced - which is great if you're a self-starter. They greatly consider how you fit their ideal "character" profile when considering hiring. This means they hire some of the most motivated, great people I have ever met. The company is in an accelerated growth stage, so things change, and they change quick. I find it exciting, and I look forward to all the potential.

      Cons

      If you are not a self-starter - or if you expect to wait around for management to hold your hand on everything... you probably wouldn't be a good fit. That said leadership is supportive, but understand this is a fast-growing company. There are for sure growing pains, so it's best if you have an entrepreneurial spirit.

      Pros

      Flexible hours that allow you to balance work and life. Everyone is always willing to help out. Wonderful company events. Great environment to work in. No micromanaging. Full Transparency between management and business units.

      Cons

      The only con is that it is a lot to take in if you are unfamiliar with the industry. There is a lot of information to take in however everyone is patient and willing to help answer any questions you have.
