The only con is that it is a lot to take in if you are unfamiliar with the industry. There is a lot of information to take in however everyone is patient and willing to help answer any questions you have.

It's very fast-paced - which is great if you're a self-starter. They greatly consider how you fit their ideal "character" profile when considering hiring. This means they hire some of the most motivated, great people I have ever met. The company is in an accelerated growth stage, so things change, and they change quick. I find it exciting, and I look forward to all the potential.

If you are not a self-starter - or if you expect to wait around for management to hold your hand on everything... you probably wouldn't be a good fit. That said leadership is supportive, but understand this is a fast-growing company. There are for sure growing pains, so it's best if you have an entrepreneurial spirit.
