Pros
Great product that makes a huge difference for our ICP. Based on automating repetitive tasks for an underserved role (presales/sales engineering), the growth proved to be consistent (and even increased) through COVID and continues to show strong numbers. The culture is both caring and driven. Personal/family emergencies are treated with respect, care packages spontaneously arrive, we celebrate newborns, marriages, target achievements, and promotions with equal gusto.
Cons
100% remote workforce can be a bit difficult to connect with. I travel fairly frequently to facilitate events and attend necessary meetings. Responsible growth means that you may not make the top of your salary range. Benefits contributions are mid-range.
