Pros

• Competitive salaries and benefits. • A recognizable brand in the MSP space. • Some supportive peers trying to do their best despite the environment.

Cons

-Account managers’ titles changed recently to “regional sales managers” isn’t that telling enough? Their partners are aware how sales driven and non committal ConnectWise is towards them. Other cons: - Be ready to be punished if you give any amount of attention or effort to resolutions for customers with issues, even if you are hitting your number, one email to your partner where you either acknowledge the issues arising from half baked ASIO or anything otherwise, or even worse- you drop an email to the partner confirming that the issue looks resolved- and know that it will be used against you by the management at some point. It’s sick and reflects on the culture built! You are punished for having solid relationships and advocacy towards partners which drive revenue. - Punitive, short - sighted sales culture: monthly sales targets force a sales-led culture. Destroys relationships with partners and ability to build - Leadership tone: leaders openly say in meetings “you are all being scrutinised” , you are made to feel grateful for having a “a job”. - Current management team is often heard saying “there are no jobs outside, current job market is poor, you should be grateful for this role”.

Pros

Remote work and unlimited PTO

Cons

In my experience, the company places a strong emphasis on cost reduction, which has resulted in frequent reductions in force and ongoing concerns about job security. Long-tenured employees are not immune to these workforce reductions, creating uncertainty and impacting morale across the organization. One recurring concern among employees has been compensation and annual merit increases. Through employee surveys and feedback channels, many employees expressed dissatisfaction with the size of merit raises. Earlier this year, leadership acknowledged these concerns and communicated that changes would be made to improve the compensation process and better align raises with employee expectations. However, when merit increases were ultimately distributed, many employees felt the results fell short of what had been communicated, with some receiving lower increases than anticipated. This led to frustration and a perception that employee feedback was not meaningfully acted upon. While the company offers opportunities to gain experience, prospective employees should carefully consider factors such as job stability, compensation growth, and leadership transparency when evaluating the organization.
