Pros

NONE THAT I HAVE SEEN

Cons

Connect6 is a textbook example of how not to run a business. The so-called leadership team—Suliman, Andre, and Andrew—operate like a revolving door of exploitation. They constantly hire and fire account managers, sales managers, and reps with zero regard for basic decency or employment standards. The work environment is toxic, dictatorial, and built on fear, not leadership. Employees are expected to work extra hours without pay, and there's no appreciation, no structure, and no real career path—just manipulation and false promises. This isn't sales—it's a scam disguised as opportunity. TELUS and Cogeco should seriously reconsider any affiliation with this marketing agency. It’s astonishing they haven’t been shut down yet by the Ontario Labour Board. If you’re thinking of working here—DON’T. And if you're a company thinking of hiring them for campaigns—RUN. Your brand’s reputation is worth more than what these people can offer.

Pros

Although I am new I really enjoy this job. I was skeptical at first about selling mastercards but after being hired the director of the company and I had a skype call. Tyler explained the role in detail and answered all my questions along with teaching me some of the sales skills. I met with him personally at a store the next day and was making more then my base wage by day 2. I really like the support and motivation that I get by mgmt in this role.

Cons

Working with rejection can be tough. Weekends are the best days to work

Pros

There are no pros. Just run — unless you enjoy chaos, burnout, and broken promises.

Cons

Company is a mess from the top down — chaotic leadership, zero direction, and a toxic culture that burns through employees like fuel. Promises mean nothing, training is nonexistent, and you're thrown into unrealistic targets with no support. It's a sales-obsessed sweatshop run by egos, not leaders.
