Highly unprofessional recruitment and onboarding process. I received a written offer via email, accepted it, and resigned from my previous employment based on the explicitly stated 3-to-4-week start timeline. After my acceptance, communication completely ceased. Despite multiple polite follow-ups over several months, the only response received was a vague "we will let you know once the date is confirmed," leaving me without income or clarity for half a year.
