If drinking at work, inappropriate comments that are border line offensive/harassment, micromanagement and lack of leadership is your go to, this is the place for you!
Cons
Very unprofessional setting, especially when it comes to the partners and leadership. There was a lot of offensive conversations being had in the office, a lot of drinking and poor comments being made about candidates coming in to apply for work. The pay is very low and benefits not that great. I would describe the atmosphere to be more like a frat house with partners who care more about being "cool" versus getting to work. Promotions happened but only to those that were close to the partners, performance really didn't matter. Leaving was the best decision I could have made.
