Most of the times 2 interviews, 1 virtual, 1 onsite. Possibly an additional virtual, quick 1 week process. It was very easy, standard questions. You will meet with a few coworkers and managers.
I had a first round interview with Connect Search. The call was very much an entry level discovery call, but the internal recruiter had little information on the role for me and shared her rehearsed pitch very quickly without really thinking about what was said. She asked if I would like follow up info via some documents about benefits and daily tasks, I said yes, and she never followed up. It was very quick and although they seemed interested it was obvious they wanted someone to chase down the opportunity, and since this was a passive interview I am not interested in doing so.

Met with several leaders/owners in the company and the process was very pleasant. I was impressed with the way the company seemed to be run and how passionate the employees seemed to be.
