Pros

Younger group with a lot of energy. Everyone works hard, including the Managers and Partners.

Cons

They mainly hire staff from the staffing industry to steal clients from their former companies. They have a grace period for when they fire recruiters and sales reps. 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 15 months. Then you're gone. Termination is based on popularity and not performance. Individuals have been fired after performing to the standards given. Most quit right before, beforehand because they can see all the signs. They promise work life balance, but they DO NOT offer that at all.

Recruiters were responsive and helped place candidates with client companies. Good exposure to finance and operations environments.

Cons

Contract roles can vary depending on the client company and assignment length.
