Lots of knowledge but limited to people who have been there for years and isnt shared or documented for the benefit of others or for the company. This causes massive overlaps, confusion and rework. Integrations are unorganized, rushed, and inevitably fail.
Toxic leadership and culture are also present with very little actual support and growth offered. Accountability is lacking for many in leadership roles and staff suffers the consequences. Losing long-time, tenured staff is ongoing for these reasons. Top leaders are out of touch with staff and actual needs.
Low pay and minimal annual increases...less than 2% many times.
Benefit package is expensive and not competitive with the market.
Recruiting is nonexistent and impossible to get through unless you know someone.
