Fresh perspective and constant willingness to adapt to change and building on the strengths and supporting those with weakness to become stronger through multiple levels of coaching.

      Pros

      Great staff with lots of room for professional development. Great chance to work internationally and meet new people. Friendly management with good employee perks. I enjoyed the cross cultural boundaries of the position as many projects take place all over the world

      Cons

      I wish I had more opportunities to contract with this company. A great growth mechanism for small firms to work together increases your business footprint internationally.
