answered long questionnaire with over 20 questions that took about 2 hours to fill out and got rejection letter a couple of days after. questions asked a lot about your performance in high school, not even college. assuming GPA is very important, although my high school GPA was high but not my college GPA.

I was approached by an old classmate that informed me of the opening. I was contacted by phone and email. I had a video interview with a panel of 3, the CEO, HR Manager, and Finance Officer. The interview was very relaxed and to the point.
