For me, the pros all come down to the people. The teams building our Product are incredible. The people working across our Customer Success organisation are smart, innovative, collaborative and supportive. Each day at work can be enjoyable when you genuinely like the people you're working with. And... the product is amazing, the pace of innovation over the last 4 years has been unmatched. Working in Customer Success you can be proud you're delivering a solid product for our customers. Culture... The CEO Seth has built an amazing culture that at the core is: transparent, open and honest. He makes himself available to anyone within the company, always happy to hear your thoughts / ideas / opinions. It really allows for the entire org to feel like we're operating by the same shared values and you can have confidence in your decisions based on these principles. Seth inspires the entire organisation and keeps everyone excited about what we're accomplishing together. And because of the transparency, there's a genuine feeling that you're personally connected to the mission. Overall, it's a great place! No matter what stage you're at in your career, Conductor is a wonderful team to be a part of - something truly special.
