Pros
The people: Everyone has a team first mentality and will go out of their way to make sure you are in a position to succeed. It is also great that the "People First" culture means that the company is as invested in its employees as it is in its clients. The leadership: All levels of leadership do a great job of embracing "servant leadership" and it shows in their no-holds-barred transparency around anything. Regular "ask us anything" sessions with Team CEO gives everyone a direct line to be heard at any given time. Even the middle managers are some of the most driven and compassionate people I've met. The Opportunity: with the acquisition by WeWork, Conductor is in a great position to pursue anything they want. Teams with the motivation to try something new are empowered and encouraged to pursue them.
Cons
Paradox of choice: the way forward is so wide open and so many opportunities present themselves that making concrete decisions and following through as an organization seems difficult at times. Startup drawbacks: though likely no longer considered a start-up, there are still challenges with close, inter-department collaboration as a result of the mindset that carried over from the start-up days.
