Pros
- Everyone is engaged in their work and invested in helping the company grow. - People here love to work together and also love to just kick it together. The nice bit is that you make it your own. There are a lot of communities to jump into like indoor soccer, book clubs, or women groups. hanging out together is very organic and never forced. - I feel like my work is meaningful. Granted the work is hard and there are tough projects, however, the end goal is great. - I feel like I have an impact here compared to when I worked in big corporations.
Cons
- The office is very chaotic because we are bursting out the seams. There are parts of my job where I need to be head down with my computer and there is no escape in the office. However, my manager is great that she lets me work out of a WeWork if it will help me be productive. - There are growing pains to the WeWork acquisition but that is inevitable with any big change. For example, us moving internal systems or new policies from WeWork.
