Pros

In Concentrix, you will get to see many people of different countries working together. The colleagues are very supportive and friendly with different talents and backgrounds. You will learn a lot from working in the program you participated that may benefit in your future careers. Concentrix offers insurance benefits that pull me through hard times and the pay with incentive is quite good.

Cons

Depending on your program, there may be pros and cons, it come to be that in my program, we are not allowed to take public holidays despite the extremely low response rate. The targets are fixed and if you do take leave/sick/training, your monthly target does not change. There is also a conflict of intention that HR SOP that the program does not allow. The training is also not adequate for the complexity of the job (for example: 3 weeks training were reduced to 3 days training). This gave many people in new programs a mental breakdown but this is due to new program transfer, new hires should have proper training. There are no bonus given for sales team.

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
