- Non competitive salaries (There are just simply way better options out there) - Pushing for mandatory office presence. (If you want to grow, you have to go to the office, 5 days a week, even if is just to hold MS Teams meetings with your working at home team) - Terrible facilities (They look nice from the outside, but office space too small, not enough microwaves or elevators, broken water machine, too little space to eat. Some people just eat their cold food standing up, operational personal do not even have desk, yet they are pressured to go to the office, no parking spaces for most people, yet the parking lot is empty). - You have to witness usual corporate abuse from management, specially on the operational side, when they treat agents like objects and not like people, specially if they come from an agency. - Most promotions are already given to people who keep friendly relationship with management.
