First of all, thank you for taking the time to stop by to leave us this review. It’s disappointing to hear you feel this way about the leadership during your time here. At Concentrix, we take pride in helping our managers grow to be the best leaders they can be by offering training throughout the year that will help them adapt to the different needs and workstyles of their teams. Though we regret there was a hiccup regarding your experience, we are constantly striving to improve so we can offer the best for our Concentrix family. We wish you the best of luck in your career.
A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!
Cons
Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros
Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.
Cons
Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
