Work from home, nothing else

Cons

Terrible shifts, everything revolves around customers feedback, every week you must reach a target of customer satisfaction if you want to keep the job but almost everything is not supported, we can’t basically fix any issue and not for our fault, many agents don’t close the cases to avoid bad feedbacks, shoving the case on other colleagues and nobody of the management check or care about this, very high turnover people is always leaving or getting fired

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
