Pros

-The pay isn't that bad

Cons

-A lot of gaslighting, when you are performing, they won't bother you. -Once you don't, they will gaslight you, showing all the miraculous solutions for what you always do wrong, -Management lies and scams you, they promise things that later they said they didn't just so you can bleed for the company, expecting compensation. -No balance whatsoever work-life....you can work in one week 3-4-5 different shifts and we have to hear either " swap with someone or it is what it is " -Beware of standing for yourself, manage can and will take for personal attacks, and then you're done. -Also they hire a lot of people in need of a visa, to keep them quiet and not complain about the company.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
