Pros
In general the local management team is great. But there is only so much they can do. Both in the area of help or pay.
Cons
Chaos. On almost every level. The acquisition of IBM division and the reaction of the people involved led to brain drain. Lack of education or classes. There is only so many classes you can take and they tend to be only call center related topics. Low pay. Politics internal fights.
