Pros

The company it self is allright, but the site was pretty poor managed.

Cons

There are things going down that the upper Management does not know. No consideration of people that are coming back from a leave due to injury. They deal with the people that are cross trained like the same as people that are single trained. Just that we are doing twice the work, take way more phone calls and have way more responsebility but don't earn more. Some TL's should just not be in that position due to being racist. They will push you to the limit just to look good. They will lie just to make up for they're mistake. Your private life doesn't exist. I had to sign up to work every weekend just to get two days in row off, so that I could attend my doctors appointment. They never considered that I came back after a bad car accident and had to deal with my injury and two anarysm. She did care less. Not even a week later she put back on the full blast of phone calls. We are talking about between a 140 and 190 calls a day., while other single trained agents where chit chating between calls. I never had that luxury. When I felt sick because of a medication did not sit well with me, my TL put on Covid-19, even though I told her what the problem was and I was fully vaccinated.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
