Regular salary, training, working from home

Cons

inhumane conditions of having to be solving multiple complex problems simultaneously, with more clients, live, unhealthy pressure and stress, very unreasonable and inaccurate performance assessments, you are just a cog in the machine and just a number

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
