      Been with the Company for 10+ Years, started as an Agent. There are Career Opportunities for anyone that is looking for one in various areas, ex. Quality, Management, Training etc. Opportunities to move between programs when and where available. There are also opportunities to move and transfer between Locations for those that want too. Growing Team. Great Team, offering B&M and W@Home. Employee Benefits with many of our Partners Culture and Values are lived throughout and are not just words on a Wall

      Cons

      Some entry level Wage could be stronger in some locations, but many opportunities to earn additional money on most projects

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
