Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. It sounds as though you’re ending on a low, for that we’re sorry. I hope that it has not been the case for all years of service. We genuinely care so much about our employees and their journeys, it's a shame to see this not work out for you. You raise some incredibly valid points: - Working across multiple timezones can be extremely difficult. We’re looking at ways to improve this experience and create clear and fair ways of working to stay true to having a flexible work culture. It can also be a great opportunity to work with different people and skillsets that may not exist in the local office. - Not having enough people is a challenge being felt by many organisations as we’re experiencing unprecedented turbulence in the market (thank you COVID-19). The hiring managers and talent teams are working tirelessly to support this. It takes time finding great people, we’re working on it! - You’re right to call out that we’re not a startup anymore - we’re 18+ years old and part of one of the largest Customer Experience organisations in the world. We’ve come a very long way since being four guys in a bedroom in Sydney! I appreciate this isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea and another startup venture might be better suited to some but we have so much more opportunity to explore in this new world - more geographies, more clients, more interesting projects to work on, additional skills development and plenty of career opportunities as we have high growth aspirations - if you want to see it, there’s a lot to be excited about.
