I'm in concentrix for almost 3 years now; it started as a decent job, underpaid, but not that hard.
If you finish in the right project you can find some decent environment, if you're lucky.
Cons
- Lazy Trainers who don't give you the right tools to prepare you
- Colleagues who work the very bare minimum to fly below radar
- A project management who don't give a damn about the agents and tend to retaliate on agents who report issues.

Hello dear colleague,

We would like to encourage you to talk to us so that we can find a solution together to improve your dissatisfaction. Please contact your team leader or the personnel department.
We would like to work together with you so that you will soon feel more confident with us again. All the best and many greetings.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!
Cons
Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros
Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.
Cons
Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
