      Pros

      I’ve been with Tigerspike for the last 3 months and did my on boarding remotely. But even through Covid-19 times Tigerspike makes sure you feel welcome and a member of the team. The company has a great work environment, where fun goes side by side with a good work ethic, responsibility and a high level of motivation. The entire team is friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      The impossibility of working from the office is a bit sad, especially when you haven't met any of your colleagues in real life, hopefully we will be able to return to normal very soon.

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
