      Bad company, worst than a military camp. - Agent Concentrix Employee Review

      Pros

      No pros. Everything are so bad. The worst company to work. The good thing they have free water! Colleagues are ok.

      Cons

      The salary is very low. Team leaders are rude. You can’t eat in your desk or listen music. The only thing you can get is a bottle of water. They act if you were stupid. The have other companies to hire you and they lie to you all the time. They don’t even know your duties at work. Only 5 minutes to go the bathroom the all day. Run from this company.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
