      Pros

      Friendly training environment. Friendly trainers.

      Cons

      Was transferred from an account to a new one. Never sent me any info or training room link. Never responded to my emails when seeking a reason why. Basically went 5 days unpaid because of it. Very unorganized. The company is not worth it!

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
