      Pros

      The best part is that the company actually implements the feedback shared by employees. Celebrations of different occasions, outdoor trips, flexible and dynamic environment for employees. If you'r willing to work extra once a month, you can actually get leaves according to you. Nice place to work !

      Cons

      Salary package is less as compared to Industry standards.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
