Pros

I cannot really complain because I knew what I'm getting into, working on the phone (contact center if someone doesn't like call center) it's not the most exciting thing to do, but pays my bills on time. Plus there was a nice relocation package.

Cons

Probably there are some major areas, but being paid minimum wage it's all that matters for me. Then again there's not that much to do here, so I guess it's fair.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
