Pros
Sometimes do fun sitewide activities or have free food. Dress code is relaxed so you can be comfortable at work. They also allow piercings and tattoos which is nice.
Cons
Not everyone gets paid on time or correctly. I have seen people wait 3-12 months just to get back pay owed to them. One time we all got paid twice on accident. One time we all got paid random amounts because someone in payroll shifted one row in a spreadsheet. Very disorganized for the most part. There are just a lot of processes that most companies make very easy that are unnecessarily difficult here. Hiring process makes it so that most people you work with don't care and call out a lot or they have attitude problems. I have seen agents yell and swear at supervisors on the floor and basically get a slap on the wrist. With salary we barely make what agents make with bonus/holiday pay and such. Not worth it for all the stress and extra responsibilities. Training for management is lacking. You basically get thrown in and figure it out. Also they do not do raises. There are also a lot of random job cuts and such that end up lowering morale a lot.
