Pros

- good team work experience - the opportunity to work for an international IT company´as a contractor - the opportunity to get hired after two phone interviews. In comparison to other companies the interview was not that difficult. - making new friends and getting in touch with people from other nations - for someone after uni, college or who moved to UK this might be a good interim solution.

Cons

- low pay - insufficient training (I talked with someone from the company Concentrix works for and he could not believe me that I had that less training) - people come and go - recruiter lied completely when he recruited me for that position (or lived in another reality, was from dele...rec). What I want to say is that it is still a call center environment. - sick pay after 1 year (I to 2 sick days and payed them by myself in 8 months. At the 3 day I would had to report to the director and explain why I was not at work even though the sick days where unpaid. ) - promotion or receiving benefits only if you are in the right circle - if something is not working (such as the air conditioning - the management blames someone else.

Pros

Culture, career growth, leadership support and benefits are just a few of the pros.

Cons

I don’t have cons to share. I’ve been with the company for 15+ years.

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
