      Pros

      It's very near my home since it's just walking distance and it's a non-voice post, too.

      Cons

      Not considerate enough. Unjustifully dismissed by the company. Not pro-family. Heartless and unsanitary. Letting me pump breastmilk in a comfort room to feed my new born baby 😩

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
